Capri Blue

The most a-mazing candle I've ever smelled is from Anthropologie.  It's called Capri- Volcano.  It usually comes in a blue jar but there are some fancier ones to match the decor of your room.  It's the one they light for their stores.  I am extremely sensitive to smells and this is seriously just delisciously fresh!  You must go get it!! And it's only $28... #worthit

Dear Gossip Girl Writers,

Why must you always hurt Chuck?  Oh, it's because he's the greatest character/ has the best story line (with Blair) and life (living in a hotel).  Butttttt, why has Chuck had 2 near death experiences ( for those that missed it- shooting in Prague & spoiler alert- car accident with Blair).  Why?  Why not Dan?  He's so annoying and I'd love it if he was threatened.  Stop messing with Chuck!  He makes the show a-mazing (besides Serena's clothes).  Obviously, he lives again.  So please don't give him amnesia so he forgets Blair whose baby sadly dies in the accident (see ya never, Prince Louis).  Seriously though, don't.  I would however be fully supportive if when he wakes up form his coma that he has amnesia & thinks he's British (gushing whenever Ed Westwick actually speaks in his native tongue).

Christmas Lights

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.... My favorite time of year!  I cannot wait to be home and go to a-mazing parties and be united with my friends and family.  Hopefully the weather is beautiful and everyone can make it home in time for the holidays.  Christmas in NYC is hectic!  Too many tourists!  But I did manage to stroll along and check out the lights.  Rock Center, 5th Ave (Props to Bergdorf Goodman, Louis Vuitton, Cartier & Tiffany's).  They have the best decorations, by far!  The best part about NYC during the holidays- working in a decorated building!  There are 6 Christmas trees in the lobby of my building, I love it! Too much fun!  Hopefully everyone is behaving themselves since Santa is always watching!  Any holiday traditions?!

Cyber Monday

Who knew I'd actually be so into Cyber Monday?  I've been shopping all these a-mazing deals all day long!  I can't stop!  I got lots of gifts for my family members that I am hoping they'll love (I mean come on, they will).  And I've gotten a few things for myself.  Actually, I can't even remember what I kept in my 'shopping cart' or not.  My one question is, did I miss the Cartier sale?  Bummer.

A Very Palm Beach Thanksgiving

So the one time I'd actually experience a New York City Thanksgiving... I'm going to Palm Beach, FL.  That's basically an oxymoron, right?  I'm supposed to be in an apartment on Central Park West watching the parade go by.  Wearing my tall Frye riding boots and an over-sized sweater from LF.  Nope.  Instead I will be at my house in FL, in dresses, shorts, and bathing-suits.  I mean I'm not angry to be in hopefully nice weather, I'm just saying, it's weird?  Last year I was gallivanting in Vienna.  So that's that.  I hope everyone has an a-mazing Thanksgiving and gets to spend some quality time with your loved ones!
